What Is Forest Therapy?
Think of the sensation when you go outside on a hot summer day. Suppose you take off your shoes and feel the dense grass and earth between your toes. Picture yourself sitting in a natural setting surrounded by trees. The only sound is the birds and your heart beating. Getting lost in the wonder of a ladybug’s adventures while he goes about his business unawares. Leaning against a tree and taking time for “non- doing”. Do you feel it? That impression of the type of rest you can’t get from sleeping? This is what I have to offer all those who are suffering in any way.
